We founded TAsk Away to follow our dreams to run our own business , and to make our lives more meaningful. We were in careers that gave us a purpose, however we "were" our jobs...we lived to work and pay the bills. We had precious few moments that were meaningful on a personal level and to enjoy with our friends and family. We wanted to escape the "rat race" by creating a personal assistant and concierge company that is accessible to everyone at their time of need. In doing so, we hope to fulfill purpose in our own lives, and at the same time, help others to gain more control over their lives, reduce the stress of everyday life, and to give back what they need most... the time to live the life they were meant to live!
We have been educated by our own life experiences on how to approach difficult tasks with a cheerful manner when they come our way. We believe from our diverse experiences during our previous positions in life; in the teaching field, accounting field, waitressing, party planning, child care, pet care, caring for elderly live-ins, and much more we can handle most jobs with a strong sense of confidence. Our mother and father raised us to be honest, hard-working, people-pleasing individuals and we feel founding TAsk Away Concierge, LLC was a logical next step.
We have also been professionally trained as a Concierge and Personal Assistant through Triangle Concierge International to be experts in the Concierge and Customer Service industry. Through this program we have successfully received our Entrepreneur Certification.
We know, first hand, how hectic life can get, and we are here to help you! Our vision to help make people's lives more meaningful does not solely include our clients, but also local businesses, as we hope to lead our clients to the trustworthy businesses in our areas...leading our communities in a symbiotic relationship growing for the best!
